Home Page Personalization Concepts
We are currently working on a discovery project to improve and redesign the Bose.xx home page. One of the goals of the initiative is to provide more personalized content to customers, no matter where they are in the purchase journey.

Collaborating with our Site Optimization team to understand the scope of information we could know about our customers (based on previous site usage data or 3rd party affinity data), I wireframed a number of concepts for how we would provide personalized content to customers on the home page.

These concepts are planned to be integrated into various visual design and interaction layouts for the home page, and then testing via both usability testing (UserZoom) and A/B split testing (Adboe Target).
I also created some high-level scenarios of how content could become more personalized as a user proceeds through their customer journey.
