"Add To Cart" Shortcut
Product tiles on category/subcategory pages linked only to product "story" pages, which then required another click to get to "Add To Cart" functionality.

To make the path to purchase quicker for those who needed it, we wanted to test the addition of a 2nd button that allowed users to skip the "Details" page, and go directly to the "Add To Cart" functionality via an overlay. I provided the functional design for this overlay to a cross-functional development team, who implemented it and prepared it for testing.

When tested in Canada, we saw a 14.3% lift in cart additions and an 18.4% lift in revenue. As a result, the change was rolled out globally.
