Checkout Improvements

Over the course of 2018, we’ve made several improvements to the checkout process, targeted at specific friction points identified by Clicktale studies. I worked with the Site Optimization team to identify and prioritize solutions, then directed another UX designer as he collaborated with a development team for implementation.

Credit cards are now grouped as a single payment type. Entering the first few digits of the card number automatically detects the card type.
