The US Bose site recently introduced the capability to purchase products online and pick them up in Bose store.

I led the UX team in gathering business requirements, determining the user flows, design strategy, and wireframes, then collaborating with a visual designer to deliver initial designs to development teams. I also participated in the implementation, providing UX direction and review, and leading customer-facing UAT.
